If you want to add a training, you need to create a new XML file in the ".\Data\TrainingTweak\Config\" folder. The name of the file needs to be TrainingTweak.xml and it needs to contain a list of trainings.
The list of trainings can be customized and it's possible to add new ones. You need to add a training for each one and it needs to have a name, a description, a category, a difficulty level, a time, and an interval.
